General Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects according to strict deadlines and budgets. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities-Define and manage project scope, goals and deliverables that support project objectives working with client sponsor.

Organize and facilitate project planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives.

Develop and deliver communication plan with client sponsor.

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
