IT Business Analyst / Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities: Request, gather, document, process, store and analyze information as needed to advocate and enforce best practices for the success and completion of assigned tasks.

Identify and implement business technical requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Initiate creation, deployment and configuration of servers as needed in collaboration with IT Infrastructure Security Team and IT Delivery Services partners.

Gathering and analyzing hardware needs from each facility and communicating those needs to procurement for execution of purchase orders within program timelines.

Collaboration with Application Technical support and IT Security for the creation of new Access Groups as well as testing and deploying to production.

Assist with requesting and managing user provisioning and ensuring each user gets the needed role for their respective location.

Work with IT Infrastructure Security Team on troubleshooting any issues related to deployment and configuration of software.

Working with teams throughout the company to provide guidance on application deployment and technical needs to support technical implementations.

Communicate Mobile Device Management configuration needs to IT Infrastructure and collaborates on troubleshooting.

Reporting on project task statuses as needed.

Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures to ensure integrity and quality of deliverables to meet deadlines.

Other duties as required and necessary to ensure the success of the organization.
