WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

Looking for very senior level person with excellent communication skills who is able to hold people accountable even if remote.

Will run three Scrums and follow-up daily on progress of projects.

MUST be flexible as time will be split 50% project work and 50% support (Kanban).

This is a high level, experienced person who is not afraid to hold people accountable.

NEED EXCELELNT COMMUNICATION SKILLS 9/10

SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK AS A SCRUM MASTER (MANAGING 3 SCRUM TEAMS AND ALSO AS A PROJECT MANAGER)
